No doubt, everything was learned from scratch with no to very less proper guidance however they do say “practice makes perfect”. Nevertheless, I will have to say that PERFECT does not exist in my world of baking as every single mess is defining a rather unique masterpiece of its own. Being an art junkie or merely just a newbie, baking was definitely a medium for me to literally “show off” to the entire world.That joy I get staying up awake in the wee hours of the morning simply putting together a batch of cupcakes or maybe a one bowl cake, not forgetting the extra smile when you scoop up a huge spoon of frosting on your cakes perfecting it to suit our needs. Bliss moments indeed. What spices up it the most is when your masterpieces are given out to our loved ones; nothing beats the smiles and joys you get of their faces while they start digging into it.My mum has constantly said that if something is done genuinely and out of true passion, nothing will ever go wrong and with that.
